Neonomics is an international company with a Nordic approach to work. We believe in balance; we love our work, but we love our life just as much. The well-being of our team is something we put first. We have a shared canteen that offers a variety of delicious foods and drinks, in addition to fruit, snacks and drinks at the office. When in the office, there is also a weekly yoga class for when you feel like you need a break. Additionally, we offer great health insurance and flexible working hours for all our employees.
Awesome pension
A happy team member is a good team member. Little things like pension can really add up. Norwegian law mandates employers provide at least 2% pension, at Neonomics we give 7%.
Great facilities
As an aspiring global company, our headquarters in Oslo needs to support our international teams, customers, and partners in feeling welcome and motivated to do great things. We are soon moving to VIA VIKA, a brand new state-of-the-art tailormade large office space that will be abuzz with activity from Q2 2022.
