As well as building a leading fintech together, we also like to have a good time together, whether that’s in-person or virtually. From Friday quizzes to daily planks, FinTalks to seasonal kick-offs, we like to celebrate our wins and becoming stronger as one big family.
The well-being of our team is something we put first. We have a shared canteen that offers a variety of delicious foods and drinks, in addition to fruit, snacks and drinks at the office. We also have a weekly yoga class at the office and access to the VIA Vika’s gym and sauna. Additionally, we offer great health insurance, flexible working hours, and pension for all our employees.
We're lucky to call VIA Vika, one of Oslo's newest and coolest office locations, our home. As well as our own office spaces, we have access to the rooftop, shared canteen, sauna, gym and more. We make sure that we also have fun together, from yoga to gaming, after work beers, to FinTalks!

I have essentially been at Neonomics since its foundation, working as a full-stack developer, and it has grown a lot over time. We have such a multinational team that reminds me of where I grew up and lived in New York. As an international in a new country, I felt I was taken care of, and people have gone out of their way not because it was their job but because they were genuinely kind and helpful, and I still feel this is the case today!
